Annual appraisal interviewThis provides a special opportunity for dialogue and exchange each year. Each employee meets his/her manager to review the past year, set targets for the coming year, and identify prospects for professional development. The appraisal interview is part of the People Review process: together with the conclusions from the People Review for the previous year, the appraisal provides a basis for discussion at the next People Review.
People review The People Review is an annual collegial meeting organized at each organizational level, between the management and the human resources departments.It makes it possible to adapt the skills of our employees to the group's strategy, and to organizational changes.The aim is to identify and develop talents within the group by encouraging mobility and promoting the corporate culture among all employees. Careers committeesThe careers committees are organized by business activity, two or three times a year. They are attended by the main managers of the entity and of the human resources department. Their purpose is to monitor and implement the decisions taken during People Reviews. They deal in particular with mobility and developing actions, which are key priorities of the group's human resources policy. Individual Development Plans (PDI)The individual development plans define the actions for development and objectives in the medium term (three to five years), and identify the support required to achieve these objectives.Individual development plans are devised by the employees with their line manager and their HR manager.
The AREVA University is a place where engineers, executives and managers of the group can receive training. Its purpose is to maintain and develop skills and anticipate new requirements.
