In the face of the incredible expansion of its activities, the AREVA group must meet two essential human challenges:
- hiring and integrating 12,000 new employees per year, including a large number of young people, and developing their talents
- with the aging workforce, we will see an increase in the departure of critical talents and will be challenged with transferring that knowledge and critical skill base.
